Thornton Hall Hotel & Spa are looking for a Receptionist to join our fantastic team. We are looking for enthusiastic, talented, and bright individuals, who have a huge passion for the hospitality industry, to join us.
The role of Receptionist at Thornton Hall is for those individuals who see themselves as friendly, vibrant and eager to constantly learn. Our aim is for you to go above and beyond and also deliver exemplary customer service and an all rounded client journey, keeping the clients wellbeing a priority.
As a Receptionist, our ideal candidate will follow the requirements below:
- Experience working in the industry (not essential but preferred).
- Strong team working abilities.
- A professional, friendly and warm customer manner.
- Great customer service skills.
- Flexibility for working shifts, including weekends.
- Fast worker with an eagerness to learn.
Duties will include:
- Checking in and checking out our guests make sure we are meeting expectations.
- Answering switchboard.
- Taking reservations.
- Completing shift procedures whilst working under pressure.
- You will be working 5 days over 7 on a rota basis. Shifts will be Earlies & Lates.
