Restaurant Waiter – Dear Jackie @ Broadwick Soho

We are looking for a talented and passionate Restaurant Waiter to join our front of house team, and for the right person, this is far more than a job. On Target Earnings
The on target earning potential for this role is £38,000 per annum to start (£18.21 per hour) based on working 40 hours over 5 days a week – comprising a base salary of £13.58 per hour plus a qualified estimate of £9,676 per annum in gratuities and service charge. Please note this is a projected tronc and OTE.

What do we need from you?
- Experience in a similar role in a luxury bar or restaurant environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a natural ability to build genuine rapport with guests and colleagues.
- A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities under pressure.
- A deep passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality.
- Availability to work 40 hours over 5 days per week, including evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
