About China UK Gateway
China UK Gateway specialises in organising a wide range of international events, including conferences, government and corporate meetings, exhibitions, educational programmes, summer and winter camps, school placements, and university exchange programmes.
Our mission is to promote educational, language, and cultural exchange between China and the United Kingdom, creating opportunities for international collaboration, learning, and personal development.
As our programmes continue to grow, we are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious Chinese speaking students to join our team and gain hands-on experience in project planning, operations, business development, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in planning educational, cultural, and business exchange programmes.
- Support the organisation of conferences, workshops, training programmes, and international events.
- Coordinate project timelines and monitor progress.
- Liaise with schools, universities, businesses, and external partners.
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Research potential partners and collaboration opportunities.
- Support outreach activities with schools, universities, and organisations.
- Assist with partnership development initiatives.
- Participate in business meetings and networking activities
Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
Work Location: Hybrid remote in London SE1 6FE
