This is an exciting opportunity to train for alongside our experienced Outdoor Education Leader - in the woods, and on the ground... and out in the open air!
We are looking for a passionate, resilient and reliable individual who is fully engaged with all the benefits that our Outdoor Education Programme provides to children, staff and the community. You will undertake an extended L2 or L3 Early Years Apprenticeship, alongside Sussex Wildlife Trust Forest School accreditation. You will co-support, observe and train alongside our Outdoor Education Leader, and your office and heart will be in the great outdoors. We welcome applications from all ages, genders and backgrounds. This opportunity suits someone at the start of their Early Years career who can be supported through the first year of an educationally rewarding apprenticeship route.
