About the Company:
This is an opportunity to join a well-established and growing specialist insurer with a strong reputation across financial lines, construction, accident & health, and affinity products. - Oversee relationships with TPAs, panel firms, and service providers, allowing you to develop broader operational and stakeholder management experience
- Handle referrals above delegated authority and contribute to resolution strategies on higher-value and more complex matters
- Work closely with underwriters, actuaries, finance teams, and senior leadership, increasing your visibility across the wider business
- Support claims process improvement initiatives and contribute to the future development of an in-house claims function
- Produce clear reporting, reserve recommendations, and claims analysis to support business decision-making
Requirements:
- At least 5 years’ claims handling experience
- Experience handling claims within one or more of the following areas: Professional Indemnity, Accident & Health, or Construction All Risk
- Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload within a fast-paced environment

- Experience working with TPAs, brokers, panel firms, or outsourced claims providers would be advantageous
- Comfortable balancing technical claims work with operational and administrative responsibilities where required
If this role isn’t quite right, it’s still worth speaking to one of our specialist team — we may be working on something that hasn’t hit the market yet.
