We are looking for an experienced Soft Landscaping Team Leader / Landscaping Supervisor to join our growing team working on commercial landscaping and large-scale landscaping projects across the Northwest.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced landscaper, horticulturist, or landscaping supervisor who is ready to lead a team delivering high-quality soft landscaping including turfing, planting, and site finishing.
You will be working with an award-winning landscaping company delivering high-end landscaping projects.
Landscaping Team Leader Responsibilities
As a Soft Landscaping Team Leader, you will supervise a team delivering professional commercial landscaping and soft landscaping projects.
Key duties include:
- Leading a team of landscapers and soft landscaping operatives
- Hands-on soft landscaping including turfing, planting, pruning, mulching, and tree work
- Supervising landscaping installation on commercial sites
- Planning daily landscaping work schedules
- Ensuring landscaping projects are delivered on time and to high standards
- Managing job progress using BigChange CRM software
- Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations on construction sites
- Maintaining high standards of site presentation and landscaping quality
Landscaping Team Leader Requirements
Essential
- Minimum 2 years experience in landscaping or soft landscaping
- Experience leading a landscaping team or supervising landscaping projects
- CSCS Card
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
- NVQ Level 2 in Horticulture / Landscaping
- SSSTS – Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme
- Experience working on commercial landscaping projects
