We are seeking a Part Time highly skilled HR Business Partner (CIPD Level 7) to join our client. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives, fostering organisational growth, and supporting management and employees alike. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing expert guidance on HR policies, managing employee relations, and driving talent development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support organisational goals.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by overseeing recruitment processes and ensuring effective utilisation of ATS tools.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends, inform decision-making, and recommend improvements in policies or procedures.
- Support management in succession planning, leadership development programmes, and training initiatives.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams by delivering presentations and conducting training sessions on HR policies and best practices.
- Supervise HR projects and initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organisational standards.
- Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees by providing guidance on organisational change, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management with a focus on strategic partnership roles.
- Expert knowledge of Employment Law & Legislation
- Thorough understanding of HR Policies & Procedures across a range of Organisations
- Specialist knowledge of NJC & JNC Terms & Conditions
- Significant Knowledge of Teachers Pay & Conditions of Employment
- Thorough understanding of GLPC and Hay Job Evaluation Schemes and have the ability to undertake evaluations of roles under these schemes
- Proven experience of working in a Human Resources Team providing detailed specialist and strategic advice to Employees, Managers and external customers including Schools, Academies and external organisations.
- Proven experience of researching, developing and writing HR policy.
- Significant experience of working and building effective working relationships with trade unions including consultation and negotiation.
- Significant experience of managing complex employee relations issues, interpreting legislation, and managing risk.
- Experience of undertaking detailed GLPC and Hay panel Job Evaluations.
- Experience of designing and delivery training to a wide range of audiences on a range of HR related topics.
- Experience of coaching and mentoring managers and employees.
