Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Barista/Bartender to join our vibrant team. This role involves preparing and serving a variety of beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, cocktails, and soft drinks, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately while providing friendly and attentive service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the barista/bartender station in accordance with food safety regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system efficiently.
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times, including proper food safety procedures.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables or bar areas as required.
- Manage multiple tasks effectively by prioritising duties during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
- Strong serving skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately.
- Excellent time management abilities to ensure prompt service during busy hours.

Pay: £13.50-£15.00 per hour
