What You'll Do
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Administer medication as prescribed and accurately record on our electronic system.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any significant changes in client condition.
- Ensure a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties as necessary.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and provide first aid when required
- Offering companionship & emotional support
- Be a positive and encouraging presence while promoting independence, dignity, and well-being.
