ADMIN ASSISTANT/ RECEPTIONIST
Exciting opportunity for an Admin Assistant/Receptionist to join the team at Carvynick Holiday Park. This is a seasonal, part time position, predominantly evening work and some weekend cover. Minimum of 20 hours per week.
Main responsibilities include:
- Dealing with telephone and online holiday booking enquiries
- Updating the online holiday booking systems
- Providing a warm welcome to visitors
- Dealing with face to face, telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Providing general administrative support
We are looking for:
- Someone with previous administration and reception experience
- A highly organised, conscientious and friendly individual
- High attention to detail and strong administrative skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skill, with experience of using Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently with a flexible approach to managing their workload
- Ability to deal with customer enquiries in a positive and professional manner
- Experience with holiday booking platforms, checking in guests and dealing with customer complaints desirable but not essential
