Duties:
- Carrying out routine service checks and repairs efficiently
- Conducting diagnostic work to identify vehicle faults accurately
- Performing Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)
- Maintaining a high standard of professionalism and quality of service
- Ensuring workshop tools, equipment, and workspace are maintained in excellent condition
- Assisting with additional workshop tasks as instructed by management to meet customer satisfaction and dealership standards
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification preferred; Level 2 experience with strong hands-on skills considered
- Motivated with a desire to develop technical expertise and industry knowledge
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of workshop organisation and cleanliness
- Good communication skills and a professional approach
