What you'll be involved in
As a Customer Events Assistant, you'll support the successful delivery of customer-focused campaigns by:
- Assisting with the planning and coordination of promotional events
- Creating welcoming and engaging experiences for customers
- Representing client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Providing product and service information to customers
- Supporting customer engagement and brand awareness initiatives
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure campaigns run smoothly
