We are looking for two enthusiastic Quality Advocates to join our growing Food Science & Innovation team and play a vital role in ensuring our products consistently meet the highest standards of food safety, quality and customer expectation.

What you'll be doing
As a Quality Advocate, you'll work closely with Production, Technical and Quality teams to ensure our products are safe, compliant and of the highest quality before they reach our customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring food quality, safety and production standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Carrying out product, ingredient and packaging checks.
- Investigating and reporting quality issues and non-conformances.
- Supporting production teams in identifying and solving quality concerns.
- Conducting internal audits and technical walkabouts.
- Ensuring correct labelling, coding and packaging controls are maintained.
- Coaching and encouraging colleagues to recognise and prevent quality defects.

Working Pattern
- Full-time role
- 5-day week including every Sunday
- AM Shift: 5:00am until production finish 3pm
- Flexibility required due to the production-facing nature of the role
