Are you a skilled spray painter with an eye for perfection?
We are looking for a spray painter to join our dynamic, fast-paced workshop where qaulity and customer satisfaction come first.
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 6 YEARS EXPERIENCE
Knowledge with water based paints are essential.
Your Day-to-day activities will include:
- dealing with painting equipment.
- selecting, matching and mixing colours.
- applying primer coats, main coats and finishes.
- various repairs.
- cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- Prepare vehicles to be painted.
- Touch up paintwork and apply polish to vehicles.
- Remove masking papers before waxing and polishing finished paintwork.
- Working in a spray booth to ensure paint is confined to the specific areas.
- Carry out minor repairs.
- Fill cracks, dents, or other imperfections with appropriate filling material.
Experience and attributes:
- Comfortable in a painting environment.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and organised.
- Keen to support others and a cooperative team player.
- Able to complete work from start to finish within the time frame given.
- Housekeeping of area must be kept clean.
- Minimum 6 years experience.
Working hours: Monday - Fri 8:30am - 5:.30pm
Overtime available
Holidays: 28 days per year
