Live In care Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated Live In Home Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional support to our clients in their homes. Located in the heart of our community, this role is vital in enhancing the wellbeing of our clients through personalized care and companionship.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance client wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and care provided
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Drive clients to appointments or social activities as needed
- Ensure a clean and safe environment for clients
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities

Essential: Full driving license and access to a car and must be able to work every other weekend.
