The Role
- Reporting to the Senior Managers, supervising day to day management of the Hotel operations
- Maintain standards across the operation
- Be very hands on operational position, providing support dealing with all operational issues on a day to day basis.
- Ensuring 1st class standard of service throughout all sites
- Recruitment, support training of junior staff
Experience as Duty Manager required:
- Have a track record in similar high quality operations
- Be hands on, leads from front, good longevity throughout career
- Customer focussed
- The successful applicant will have proven experience track record in a similar quality operation
- Good longevity
- Driven to motivate consistently maintain the highest standards at all times
The Person – Duty Manager
- Good public relation skills
- Already working in supervisory or management capacity with a hotel background
- Hands on and motivated manager - lead by example
- Great Communicator
- The enthusiasm to learn and grow within our company
- An ability to work well under pressure
As our Duty Manager / General Assistant you will work 5 days out of 7 including weekends/bank holidays and will be responsible for developing, managing and maintaining a quality hospitality service with a customer focus, to exceed the requirements of the guests.

Pay: £13.00-£13.50 per hour
