Care Team Leader: 36 hours per week.
MAT Leave Cover - 12 month Contract.
Shift Pattern: Days, 8am to 8pm, including alternate weekends.

About You:
- You are passionate about delivering high‑quality care and making a positive difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.
- You are willing to work towards or have your NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- You have previous experience in a care home environment, ideally in a Senior Carer role.
- You are confident in administering medication within a care home setting, including supporting multiple residents.
- You understand care planning and are comfortable updating or creating care plans.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You have strong leadership skills and can motivate and support those around you.
- Most importantly, you have a natural desire to help others and thrive within a team of Senior Carers and Care Team Leaders, all committed to providing the highest standard of care for our residents.
About the role:
Leading a team of Carers and Senior Carers, you will deliver person-centred care to our residents to ensure they retain their dignity and individuality. By leading a happy and competent team, you can really make a difference in your home and also the local community. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and inspiring a team of Carers and Senior Carers in the day to day running of the home.
- Communicating regularly with our residents' families and Health care professionals to write and adapt care plans.
- Administering medication and completing risk assessments
- Ensuring the needs of the residents are always met.
- Ensuring residents daily records are up to date and accurately reflect the care provided.
