As a Commis Chef your daily duties will include:
- Working on a section of the kitchen and prepping all the necessary ingredients for your dishes.
- Working with a high volume of food.
- Helping to maintain 5/5 Food Hygiene Rating and a safe kitchen environment.
- Fitting in with the existing brigade and working alongside other members of the kitchen team.
The successful Commis Chef will:
- Have experience in a similar role.
- Be able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Work includes weekends, evenings and split shifts.
- Have the opportunity to develop your skills and further your career.
