Your Role –To work across two packages caring for two children with complex needs. Given the nature of their condition, this role requires a high level of vigilance and specialized support to ensure their ongoing safety and wellbeing. This role includes:
- Accompanying the client to school and remaining with her throughout the school day for one of the children the other child will need you to be at home with them.
- Supporting her with all day-to-day activities and attending to her personal needs.
- Feeding trough NG tube
- Oxygen regime
- Epilepsy
- Helping her develop life skills and maintain independence
- Providing companionship and encouragement
- Assisting with community involvement and outings
- Keeping accurate records and ensuring her safety
. Shift Details:
- Monday to Friday 8.30-3.30 for one package the other package is Two days a week 10:00-16:00
What We’re Looking For:
- Female candidate
- Bubbly, Confident, Caring, compassionate individuals with a willingness to give our client the best level of care.
- Complex care experience essential
- NG feed experience essential
- Oxygen regime experience desirable
- Epilepsy experience is essential
- Driver’s license essential
- This is a permanent, ongoing role. Applicants must have full, unrestricted work rights in the UK and the ability to work here on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship.
- You must hold a Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service to start this role.
*If you do not currently have an Enhanced Adult and Child DBS on the update service, you will be responsible for the cost of obtaining one*.t
