We are actively seeking a motivated and experienced Litigator to join our growing Personal Injury department, specialising in Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims. The Role

You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of litigated RTA and Personal Injury matters from inception through to settlement or trial.

Working alongside an experienced and supportive team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of litigated RTA and Personal Injury claims

Progressing files efficiently from inception to settlement or trial

Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and trial documentation

Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties

Liaising with counsel, clients, medical experts, and insurers

Ensuring compliance with CPR and internal service standards

Delivering a professional, proactive, and client-focused service
About You
We are looking for a confident and driven legal professional who can work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
You will ideally have:

A minimum of 1.5 - 2 years' experience handling litigated RTA and/or Personal Injury matters

Strong knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and litigation process

Experience managing Fast Track matters independently

Multi-Track experience (advantageous but not essential)

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Strong communication and negotiation abilities

A proactive and results-driven approach

Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced non-qualified fee earner
