The Role
As a Service Delivery Co-Ordinator, you will support the Service Delivery Manager in managing a portfolio of client accounts. You will be central to operations—coordinating queries, managing tickets, tracking performance, and ensuring everything stays on track.
You will identify risks early, maintain clear communication, and help ensure service delivery meets agreed standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Service Delivery Manager with day-to-day client account activities
- Act as a key contact for client queries, ensuring timely responses and updates
- Manage and maintain the ticketing system
- Log, assign, and monitor tickets to ensure SLA compliance
- Escalate complex or high-risk issues when required
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes accurately
- Track KPIs and service performance, highlighting risks or trends
- Support reporting and performance analysis
- Follow up on outstanding actions across internal teams
- Maintain organised, accurate, and audit-ready records
- Work closely with operational teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Contribute to process improvements and reporting accuracy
Skills and Experience
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Comfortable working with systems and data (experience with JIRA desirable)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple activities effectively
- Team player with a professional and positive approach
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Previous experience in a service, support, or coordination role preferred
Working Hours
- Typically 8:00am – 5:00pm (some flexibility available)
- Flexibility required during peak periods to maintain service levels
