What You’ll Be Doing
- Advise clients on bridging finance, commercial lending, and residential mortgages
- Structure and package complex lending cases from enquiry to completion
- Source best-fit solutions across a wide lender panel
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and introducers
- Generate new business through proactive networking and partnerships
- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets
- Ensure full FCA compliance and best practice

Essential:
- CeMAP Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Mortgage Broker, Bridging Broker, or Finance BDM
- Strong understanding of residential and commercial finance
- Proven track record in billing or business generation
Desirable:
- Existing introducer relationships
- Background in specialist or high-growth brokerages
- Network within property finance or specialist lending
Earnings & Benefits
- £25,000 – £30,000 basic salary
- Uncapped commission structure

Commission Structure
- £10,000+ revenue → 10% commission
- £15,000+ revenue → 15% commission

Location & Working Pattern
· Office-based role in Orsett, Grays (RM16 3HS)
· Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
