We are looking for a dedicated Evening & Weekend Care Assistant who is passionate about providing gold standard, person-centred care to people in their own homes.
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you will support individuals to live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. You will be a trusted presence, providing not just care, but reassurance and companionship.
Typical duties include:
- Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
- Medication support
- Meal preparation and hydration
- Companionship and emotional support
- Light household tasks
- Promoting dignity, independence, and choice at all times
- Accurate record keeping

- Previous care experience preferred, but not essential – full training provided
