This is an exciting role for any experienced Nursing Home Managers to take the home to the next level.
The spectacular period property is located amongst mature, manicured gardens. The home specialises in nursing and dementia care and offers care for all stages of dementia.
As a Home Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of the home. You’ll need to be CQC-registered and confident navigating the legislation and regulatory standards that come with a regulated care environment. Your focus will be on delivering outstanding care, achieving financial targets, and maintaining full occupancy.
You won’t be doing it alone – you’ll be supported by a dedicated Deputy Manager, Administrator, and on-site Hospitality and Housekeeping teams, as well as central support from our Operations and Quality teams. Together, you’ll create a well-run, welcoming home where residents receive the highest standard of care.
You should have previous home management experience and be able to demonstrate a successful track record in terms of occupancy, staffing levels and CQC reports.
