We're looking for a Contract Manager to join our PFI team based in London.
Location: London
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Contract Manager, you'll be taking responsibility for the commercial, financial, operational and governance management of our PFI contracts with Greenwich Care Homes and Oaks Park Secondary School. This is a safety-critical role where you'll ensure all contractual obligations are met, services are delivered in line with agreed KPIs and SLAs, and strong client relationships are maintained. You'll be the guardian of the contract, balancing compliance, profitability, operational delivery, and client outcomes whilst leading your team to achieve excellence.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Contract Manager, you'll be working within the PFI team, supporting them in delivering outstanding facilities management services. Your day to day will include:
- Ensuring full compliance with all contractual terms, monitoring KPIs and SLAs, and maintaining accurate documentation for audits and governance reviews
- Managing contract budgets, forecasts, and full P&L responsibility whilst maximising contract margin and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and leading monthly client and senior stakeholder meetings
- Overseeing service delivery across contracts, planning and prioritising workload to ensure effective operational performance
- Leading, motivating and developing your team, promoting a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture that supports employee wellbeing and continuous improvement
What are we looking for?
This role of Contract Manager is great for you if:
- You have strong experience in FM contract management with proven financial and commercial management expertise including P&L responsibility
- You possess excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interpret and manage complex contracts and service agreements
- You have knowledge of compliance, governance and statutory requirements with IOSH certification and expertise in conducting effective risk assessments
- You demonstrate strong leadership skills and can adapt your leadership style, inspiring trust, accountability and excellence whilst modelling positive behaviours
- You have experience managing teams and subcontractors with excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt your communication style according to your audience
