Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Front of House and Kitchen Team Members. This dual-role position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality food. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service to enhance their dining experience
- Take and serve orders accurately, ensuring prompt delivery of food and beverages
- Assist with food preparation, including basic meal assembly and plating
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in both the front of house and kitchen areas
- Follow food safety standards and hygiene regulations at all times
- Support the kitchen team with cooking tasks as required, including meal preparation and ingredient handling
- Restock supplies and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly
- Handle customer enquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to uphold a positive, efficient working environment
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation
- Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in both service and kitchen tasks
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required

Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
