The Role
We are looking for an organised and customer-focused Projects Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a varied role where you will coordinate customer orders from the point of sale through to installation, helping to ensure a smooth experience for both customers and installers. You will work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to keep projects running efficiently and on schedule.
This position would suit someone who enjoys problem-solving, building relationships, and working as part of a team in an office environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer orders from confirmation through to completion
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal departments throughout the project journey
- Preparing orders
- Providing excellent customer support and aftercare
- Resolving queries and finding practical solutions when needed
- Maintaining accurate project records using internal systems
The Candidate
- Customer focused approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive and team-focused attitude
- Good communication skills and the ability to build working relationships
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience using CRM systems is helpful but not essential, as full training will be provided
Experience within the double glazing industry is not essential as full training will be given.
