Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across an office environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas
- Ensure waste disposal is handled efficiently and responsibly
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, hand soap, and cleaning materials as needed
- Follow health and safety guidelines to prevent accidents or hazards
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure standards are met
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety procedures
- Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact with colleagues or clients
- Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude
- Valid driving licence is desirable for roles requiring travel between sites
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in cleaning or hospitality is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
