Are you an experienced Registered Manager seeking a fresh challenge, or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready for your next step?
We are recruiting for a newly established solo children's home in Skelmersdale, supporting children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). With a fully recruited team already in place and Ofsted registration underway, we are seeking an exceptional leader to drive the service forward and positively impact young people's lives.
While the organisation is new, it is led by a leadership team with over 16 years of residential childcare experience and a strong commitment to achieving outstanding outcomes.
This is an opportunity to become the organisation's first Registered Manager, working closely with senior leaders and helping shape the company's future.

About You

Essential Requirements
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
- Knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
- Strong safeguarding and risk management knowledge
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to lead and develop a residential childcare team
