We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour at all times
- Answer incoming calls promptly, using proper phone etiquette, and route calls to the relevant departments or personnel
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and welcoming
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office programmes, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks as required
- Maintain appointment schedules and organise meetings efficiently
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and processing correspondence
- Support office staff with various clerical duties including typing documents and managing office supplies
- Ensure effective communication within the organisation by managing emails and internal messages
Requirements
- Proven office experience or previous clerical experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry purposes
- Demonstrated phone etiquette with clear communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Organised with keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all administrative functions
