Eccles UK Foundries FE Ltd are pleased to be recruiting a Sales Administrator to join our growing team. Day to day you will be the face and voice of the business. Managing incoming sales queries and order updates to potential clients and qualifying incoming leads. The team is looking for a bright and bubbly sales professional who takes pride in their work, has great attention to detail and can represent the brand well. If successful you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all sales enquiries are dealt with promptly, professionally, and completely to their conclusion.
- To take and deal with telephone calls, email enquiries and personal visits.
- Actively seeking opportunities to build relationships and promote the site and the company in the locality (including visiting prospective customers/business partners were practical/possible).
- To ensure the safe, secure, effective and professionalism of the facility and yourself always.
- Accurately and efficiently managing all customer accounts, workflows, including raising of invoices, statements, taking payments, chasing debts and other miscellaneous tasks.
- Carrying out any other duties if able, as requested, e.g., supporting other staff positions either day to day or in holiday/absence situations.
Personal & Skills:
- Must be highly organised.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Can work independently or within a team.
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written.
- Must be computer literate.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word.
- Familiar with CRM systems
- Knowledge of Sage Line 50 preferred but not essential.
I would be very excited to speak with you if you have:
- Previous experience and/or employment at a builder’s merchants or civil engineering contractor.
- Preparation of proposals and quotations would be a huge advantage.
- Experience of processing Sales Orders
- You need to be incredibly organised, have good time management and structured in your daily tasks.
- Confidence is key for this role; you will be communicating with customers – internal and external.
- Have experience managing a database

Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
