Overview
Bojetcares Services Ltd is seeking compassionate Care Assistants to deliver trauma‑informed home care to adults in their own homes. This role is ideal for someone calm, patient, emotionally aware, and committed to providing high‑quality, person‑centred support.
You will help individuals feel safe, respected, and understood while supporting their independence and wellbeing. This is a flexible, zero-hour/Bank staff role, with hours offered based on client needs.
Duties
- Provide personalised care in line with individual care plans
- Support with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily routines
- Offer companionship and emotional reassurance
- Record care notes accurately using simple digital systems
- Communicate clearly with clients, families, and colleagues
- Travel between clients’ homes (if driving)
- Travel escort.
- Report concerns promptly following safeguarding procedures
- Work in a calm, respectful, trauma‑aware manner
What we are looking for
- Kind, patient, and emotionally intelligent
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate notes
- Basic IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable but not essential
- Driving licence and access to a car (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in care (desirable)
- Care Certificate
