Fenice Media Ltd, a dynamic and rapidly growing Birmingham-based media company, is expanding our sales team. We are looking for ambitious and driven B2B Sales Executives to join our energetic office environment.
You will be selling across an exciting portfolio of premium products, including:
- Luxury Travel Guide Maps & Magazines
- Corporate LiveWire
- Prestige Awards

The Role
As a B2B Sales Executive, you will:
- Proactively generate new business and develop your own client portfolio
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Manage a primarily telephone-based sales pipeline
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
- Represent well-established, premium brands with professionalism and confidence
No previous telesales experience is required – we’re looking for attitude, drive, and a willingness to learn.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- Clear and confident English communication skills
- A positive, self-motivated mindset
- Sales and/or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
- Strong resilience and determination
- Confidence in handling objections and rejection
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and use initiative
- A genuine desire to succeed and maximise commission earnings
