We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager at Garrards with a passion for shaking top notch cocktails to serve alongside our banging burgers.
The successful candidate will lead and manage the bar operation supported by our General Manager and Owner ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the bar and restaurant.
The role will predominantly focus on bartending, but will also include waiting on guests and supporting waiting staff when necessary.
The role itself is typically 30-40 hours per week 4/5 days over 7.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced barman who takes a keen interest in cocktails and craft drinks, and has a desire to step into a busy venue within a fast paced environment alongside an enthusiastic team.
Garrards is an independent, locally owned restaurant in the heart of Leigh on Sea, on the Broadway.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day to day and weekly operation of the bar, including stock management, orders, rotas and hygiene ensuring the smooth running of the bar.
Previous bar management is required, however training will be provided.
