We are recruiting experienced HGV / Heavy Vehicle Mechanics from the UK and Ireland to join a leading OEM dealership in Melbourne, Australia.

Salary & Benefits
- £23 per hour equivalent
- $43 AUD per hour (day shift)
- Afternoon shift with 15% loading ($49.45 AUD / approx. £26.50 per hour equivalent)
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 38 hours
- Rostered Saturday overtime available on day shift
- 12% superannuation paid on top of wages
- Permanent full-time position
- Visa sponsorship available

- No rotating rosters
- Consistent overtime available
The Role
Join a modern dealership workshop in Melbourne servicing and repairing Volvo, Mack and UD trucks.
Duties Include
- Servicing and repairing trucks and buses
- Engine, gearbox and brake repairs
- Diagnostic fault finding using OEM systems
- Preventative maintenance and scheduled servicing
- Working across Volvo, Mack and UD heavy vehicles
Requirements
- Recognised UK or Irish HGV / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic qualification
- Experience working on trucks or buses
- Experience using manufacturer diagnostic systems preferred
- Full UK or Irish driving licence
- Willingness to relocate to Melbourne, Australia
