Warehouse Operative
Location: Biggleswade
Pay Rate: £13.25 per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday,
- 1pm – 10pm
Contract: Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established logistics client in the Biggleswade area. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Operative with Forklift experience to join a busy and growing operation, with the potential for a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading trailers and containers
- Operating a Counterbalance/VNA Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
- Picking and packing orders ready for dispatch
- General warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- In house/Valid Counterbalance OR VNA Forklift licence (preferred)
- Experience or Out of date licences would be considered
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Reliable, hardworking and flexible attitude
