Customer Service & Claims Handler
Location: Tewkesbury
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 2:30pm (25 hours per week)
Salary: From £18,200 per annum, depending on experience.
Swift Removals & Storage UK Ltd is looking for an experienced Customer Service & Claims Handler to join our friendly office team.

The Role
- Handle customer claims and complaints from start to finish.
- Investigate claims using photographs, reports and supporting evidence.
- Assess liability in line with company Terms & Conditions.
- Negotiate fair settlements with customers.
- Respond to customers by telephone and email.
- Provide excellent customer service and general office support.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in claims handling, complaint investigation or dispute resolution is essential.
You should be confident in:
- Assessing liability.
- Negotiating settlements.
- Making fair commercial decisions.
- Communicating professionally in writing and by telephone.
Experience in insurance, removals, transport or logistics would be an advantage.
