About the Role:
We are looking for an Health Care Assistant to join our dedicated team in the Cannock area, supporting an individual with complex needs in their own home.
Experience in complex care is beneficial but not essential—your empathy, compassion, and dedication matter most!

Flexibility with days and waking nights
08:00-20:00
20:00-08:00
Your Responsibilities:
✔ Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of the individual at all times.
✔ Provide high-quality healthcare as trained, always prioritising their needs.
✔ Encourage independence wherever possible.
✔ Work collaboratively with families, healthcare professionals, management, and colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to care.
✔ Engage in stimulating activities that promote well-being and enjoyment.
✔ Maintain accurate care records and assist with personal care as required.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
- Two valid references.
- Two forms of identification.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
- Willingness to work towards a Level 2/3 Health & Social Care Diploma.
Desirable (but not essential):
- DBS Certificate (Update Service).
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent in Health & Social Care.
