The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Trainee Resourcing Consultant to join our team. You’ll be the bridge between our Recruitment Consultants and candidates, helping education professionals find rewarding roles while supporting schools with quality staffing.
What You’ll Do
- Source candidates via CV databases, job adverts, social media, referrals, and networking
- Conduct phone, Zoom, or face-to-face interviews
- Write compelling job adverts to attract top talent
- Build strong, lasting relationships with candidates
- Match candidates to school positions
- Collaborate with Consultants and the Compliance team to ensure smooth recruitment processes
- Track KPIs and maintain accurate records
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (2:2 or above preferred)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong relationship-building skills and genuine interest in helping people
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
- Empathetic, professional, and confident in interviews
- Customer service experience is a bonus
- Basic computer knowledge
