About the Role
We are seeking a passionate, nurturing, and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated Primary School team. This exciting role involves working across our mainstream primary schools, supporting children at a crucial stage of their development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 5–11 years.
- Support the planning, delivery, and assessment of activities in line with the Primary Curriculum expectations.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
- Promote children's learning and development through structured lesson plans.
- Observe, assess, and record children's progress, contributing to learning journeys and developmental records.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Essential:
- Full and relevant Teaching Assistant Qualification.
- Experience working with children aged 5–11 years old.
- Strong subject knowledge.
- A good understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A caring, patient, and positive approach to supporting children.
