This is a customer-facing role where delivering an exceptional experience every single time is at the heart of everything we do. What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering outstanding customer service on every interaction – this is the most important part of the role
- Crafting high quality coffee with confidence, including latte art to a consistently high standard
- Working efficiently and calmly during busy periods without compromising on quality
- Taking customer orders, handling payments, and keeping the service flowing
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across the coffee bar and surrounding areas
- Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive team environment
- Opening and setting up for the day, including early morning starts from 7:00
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a fast paced barista role is essential
- Confident and skilled with latte art
- A genuine passion for customer service – you go above and beyond as standard
- Flexible availability including weekday shifts and summer cover
- Comfortable with early starts – our first shifts begin at 7 am
- Ability to stay calm, focused and friendly when it gets busy
- A team player who takes pride in their work and the environment around them
- Food hygiene certificate is desirable but not essential – training can be provided
