Shift Pattern: 06:00 – 14:45 or 14:30 – 22:30
This is a hands-on QA role where you'll be out on the factory floor making sure food safety and quality standards are being followed properly. You'll support the wider Technical team with audits, checks, and day to day compliance, getting exposure to how a well-run food manufacturing site operates.
You'll be involved in everything from CCP checks and GMP audits through to product testing, micro sampling, and investigations. It's a role that will teach you the fundamentals properly, with clear processes in place and the chance to develop your technical knowledge over time.
You'll work closely with production, helping make sure standards are met and stepping in when things are not quite right. If you're organised, detail-focused, and willing to get stuck in, this will give you a strong platform to build from.
What you'll need:
- Some experience in food manufacturing or a Food QA role, or a relevant qualification
- Basic understanding of food safety, HACCP, and quality standards
- Strong attention to detail and good organisation
- Comfortable working on the factory floor and communicating with production teams
- Willingness to learn and develop within a technical function
