Are you passionate about leading teams and delivering exceptional service? Approved Valeting are one of the largest vehicle prep companies in the UK, an industry changer and breath of fresh air to the valeting world. We are seeking a Mobile Area Support Valeter/Supervisor to assist our Regional Manager and valeting operations within our southeast region.
The primary role of this job is to cover where needed, however, when not, site management and customer care becomes the focus, carrying out site checks, stock inventories, customer satisfaction surveys, setting up new staff - taking ownership of the area!
Full training will be given for this part of the role, we're a company that strongly believes in developing our managers and promoting from within, this is a great entry position into the fastest growing vehicle preparation business in the UK, and how many of our area managers started out.
This is a SELF-EMPLOYED, full-time role and offers a competitive day rate of pay depending on experience. The role includes use of a company vehicle, phone, iPad.
Responsibilities:
Assist Regional Manager in operations across the Southeast region
Help to train and mentor a team of valeting professionals.
Fill in wherever needed across our network of customers in the region
Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Help the Regional Manager to maintain inventory, manage schedules, and optimize operational efficiency.
Uphold company standards and procedures consistently.
Requirements:
Valid Full UK driving licence.
Previous valeting experience required.
Good people and communication skills.
Reliability and excellent time management abilities.

Competitive day rate of pay, (A charge of £13 per week for insurance is deducted)
