We are seeking an experienced Barber to join our team. Experience in ladies hair desirable. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling and grooming services to clients, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Duties
- Consult with clients to understand their hair styling preferences
- Perform a variety of hairdressing services including cutting, styling, and grooming for men, women, and children
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations and tools in accordance with health and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business and client loyalty
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair styling or barbering, with a strong portfolio of work preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good organisational skills and maintain hygiene standards
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in hairdressing or barbering essential
- A professional attitude with attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service
Pay: £12.71 per hour
