We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Information Rights Reviewer / Quality Assurance professional to join our team. This role involves reviewing sensitive information to ensure compliance with data protection standards and maintaining high-quality assurance processes. The successful candidate will play a vital part in safeguarding information integrity and supporting organisational compliance initiatives. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in information management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. This is based on 20 hours a week, but full-time is avaible if required
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of information rights requests to verify accuracy and compliance with organisational policies.
- Ensure that all data handling procedures adhere to relevant legal and regulatory standards.
- Maintain detailed records of review outcomes and escalate issues as necessary to senior management.
- Support quality assurance processes by auditing data management activities and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices in information rights management.
- Assist in developing and updating review protocols, checklists, and documentation standards.
- Participate in training sessions to stay current with evolving data protection regulations and quality assurance methodologies.
Experience
- Prior experience in quality assurance, data review, or compliance roles is preferred but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Familiarity with information rights legislation, such as GDPR or equivalent data protection laws, is advantageous.
- Proven ability to analyse complex information accurately and efficiently.
- Good communication skills, capable of documenting findings clearly and concisely.
- Experience with quality assurance tools or software is a plus but not mandatory. This role offers a dynamic environment where precision and adherence to standards are paramount. Pay: £14,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
