Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + package
O’Neill and Brennan are currently working with a well-established general contractor who operate across the residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors. They are seeking to hire an Estimator to join their pre-construction team due to a growing secured pipeline of work across London and the Home Counties.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to further develop their career within a supportive commercial and pre-construction team, working closely alongside experienced senior management on a range of projects across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

Preparing cost plans, estimates and tender submissions
-
Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation

Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations
-
Supporting the pre-construction and commercial teams throughout the tender process

Contribute to the successful delivery of competitive and accurate bids
Requirements
-
Previous experience working as an Estimator within the construction industry

Experience working for a main contractor preferred

Good understanding of construction processes and tendering procedures
-
Able and willing to commute to London and attend projects/meetings as required
