The Role:
At Your Local, we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier window cleaning services right to our customers' doors. As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll meet potential residential and commercial customers, explain the value of our services, and help them through the sign-up process. You'll ensure every customer is satisfied and has a seamless experience with Your Local.
You’ll have the flexibility to work solo or partner with a buddy to share a company car and travel to designated areas together. Whichever option, we’ll provide you with a smart and comfortable uniform to ensure you’re ready for the day.
About You:
- Sales experience is a plus, but not essential—we provide full training.
- You have excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with potential customers.
- You're a self-starter, motivated, proactive, and great at managing your time.
- Familiarity with the window cleaning industry is a bonus, but we’ll teach you everything you need to know!
A typical day as a Field Sales Representative at Your Local is spent out in your assigned area, either working solo or teaming up with a buddy, chatting to potential customers about the service and helping them sign up. You’ll have time to stop for lunch, then head back out in the afternoon to meet more people and highlight the benefits of the window cleaning service. The day usually wraps up with a quick check-in with your Regional Director and any follow-up callbacks, giving you a good mix of independence, support, and the chance to build towards your earnings.
