Refrigeration Sales Engineer
Remote UK Role

We're recruiting for an experienced HVAC & Refrigeration Sales, Design & Applications Engineer to join a growing specialist contractor working across food manufacturing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, industrial and process cooling sectors.
This is a technical, customer-facing role focused on existing service and maintenance customers, identifying lifecycle replacement, upgrade and energy-efficiency opportunities rather than high-volume cold calling.
The Role

Carry out site surveys and equipment audits

Identify replacement, upgrade and refurbishment opportunities

Design refrigeration and cooling solutions

Select equipment and prepare quotations
-
Support customers with technical advice and application support

Develop additional business within existing accounts

Support projects from enquiry through to handover
Requirements
-
5+ years refrigeration industry experience
-
Strong knowledge of commercial or industrial refrigeration systems

Experience with site surveys, equipment selection and quotations

Knowledge of DX systems, process cooling and refrigeration plant
-
CO₂ experience advantageous but not essential

Full UK driving licence
