Job Title: Domestic Gas Breakdown Engineer
Location: Covering Norwich
Salary: £40- £46k – (£45/46k is for gas engineer who also have oil, oftec) plus 1 in 4 call out
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
One of our clients are looking for a domestic gas service & repair engineer to work within private housing properties
The role involves completing 6–8 jobs per day, providing high-quality service and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Engineers will work on behalf of the client across private housing properties and liaise with major insurance companies when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair domestic gas appliances to the highest standards
- Deliver excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Complete up to 6 jobs per day, allowing sufficient time for thorough service
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and colleagues
- Ensure compliance with all gas safety regulations and industry standards
- Approach every job with professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
Requirements:
- Relevant gas qualifications (CENWAT, CCN1, HTR1, CKR1 or equivalent)
- Proven experience working within domestic gas service and repair
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
- Reliable and able to work independently within a defined patch

Qualifications:
- Gas qualifications: CENWAT, CCN1, HTR1 , CKR1 - ESSENTIAL
- At least 3 years’ experience within the industry
- Clean DBS and Driver’s license
