Location: East End of Glasgow
Pay: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour

The Role
As an Accounts Administrator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the company's invoicing function.
Key Responsibilities:

Processing high‑volume purchase invoices accurately and efficiently

Matching, batching, and coding invoices

Reconciling supplier statements and resolving discrepancies

Managing queries from suppliers and internal teams

Assisting with weekly and month‑end payment runs

Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

Supporting the wider finance team as required
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a purchase ledger or similar finance role

Strong attention to detail and high accuracy levels

Good IT skills, including confidence with Excel

Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach

Ability to work well in a busy, office-based environment
